Valve has published the latest statistics on graphics card usage in Steam, clearly showing gamers’ preferences.
In July, the RTX 3060 reclaimed the top spot, despite Nvidia discontinuing its sales. This graphics card now holds a 5.88% share and continues to grow.
The GTX 1650 occupies the second position with 4% of the market. Last month’s statistics showed abnormal results for some models, but things have now settled: the RTX 3060 Ti is back in third place, rather than the RTX 4060 Laptop. However, the desktop version of the RTX 4060 increased its share by 0.45 percentage points over the month, rising to fifth place and surpassing the mobile version, which was released earlier.
The RTX 4060 Ti and RTX 4070 also showed significant growth, and the RTX 4070 Super demonstrated decent results.
Among operating systems, Windows 10 remains the most popular among Steam users. It currently provides slightly better performance compared to Windows 11. However, as mentioned earlier, the share of Windows 11 is steadily increasing.
