Elon Musk provokes again, while his X faces yet another lawsuit

Elon Musk has announced that leading up to the presidential election, he plans to give away a million dollars daily to residents of Pennsylvania who sign a petition supporting the rights enshrined in the First and Second Amendments of the United States Constitution.

Meanwhile, his company faces fresh legal troubles. This time, not in Brazil

Taiwanese server manufacturer Wiwynn has filed a lawsuit against the social network X (formerly Twitter), accusing it of evading the payment of a multimillion-dollar debt. Wiwynn claims that X owes them over $61 million for servers specifically designed for the platform’s needs.

The dispute erupted after Elon Musk acquired Twitter and began a large-scale reorganization of the company. Wiwynn alleges that despite the contract and the delivery of the equipment, X stopped fulfilling its financial obligations. The company accuses the social network of breaching contract terms, acting in bad faith, and deliberately misleading them.

According to Wiwynn, the situation is further complicated by the fact that the ordered equipment was custom-made for Twitter’s specific requirements, making it difficult to sell to other clients. The company has already suffered significant losses due to the delayed payments and had to seek additional funds to cover its expenses.

In response, X denies all allegations, claiming it never gave final approval for the equipment Wiwynn delivered. The social network has not provided further comments on the matter.

The case is currently being reviewed in a U.S. court, and its outcome could significantly impact X’s financial standing and Elon Musk’s reputation.
